The professional work is undertaken by Steven Brockwell BSc., FRICS, a chartered surveyor with over 20 years experience of reporting on Surrey houses.
He has specialised in the preparation of Building Survey Reports (also known as 'Full Structural Surveys') on all types of domestic property including Grade II listed houses and RICS Homebuyer Survey and Valuation (HSV) reports on more modern houses.

We are aware that buying a house is an expensive process and we aim to ensure that our clients are left with the opinion that the money they have invested in our fee has been well spent.
Indeed, on the rare occasion that the condition of the property is such that it might be considered unmortgageable, it is our policy to call the client and take their further instruction with a view to halting the inspection if necessary enabling a partial refund of the fee to be made.
